[News] ‘Dream High’ cast members meet up for a reunion

At the end of last month, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, and IU had talked about meeting up with the other cast members of the KBS 2TV drama, ‘Dream High‘. It seems the stars also took some photos to commemorate the occasion, much to the delight of the show’s fans, who have been longing to see interaction between their favorite characters again.

A few photos of the reunion were uploaded online and are quickly gaining attention. The photos show the former cast mates T-ara‘s Eunjung, 2PM‘s Taecyeon and Wooyoung, miss A‘s Suzy, IU, and Kim Soo Hyun, enjoying a late night BBQ party outdoors and catching up with one another.

[News] Nichkhun captured leaving for Tanzania to volunteer

2PM member Nichkhun had stayed out of the limelight for a while away from the fans after the automobile accident back in July involving drunk driving. But on October 5th, Nichkhun was captured on camera at around 8pm at Incheon International Airport. Nichkhun was on his way to Tanzania as a part of the volunteer group with MBC Special ‘Dream of KOICA’.

Nichkhun arrived at the airport wearing a yellow windbreaker just like the rest of the group. Nichkhun was thoughtful as he ran to the group as they were preparing for filming. Nichkhun seemed to have lost a bit of weight as a result of the tough times he has been going through. Nichkhun seemed very respectful and friendly as he greeted and shared jokes with some of the KOICA members and staff.

Nichkhun will be going to Tanzania with fellow 2PM member Taecyeon, as well as actress Lee Tae Ran, Park Sung Woong, Kim Hyuk and others as a part of ‘Dream of KOICA’ volunteer group.

[News] 30,000 Fans for ‘M Countdown’ Thailand with 2PM Wooyoung and more

Super Junior, BEAST, INFINITE, 2PM Wooyoung, KARA, FTISLAND and other top K-Pop idols heated up Thailand.

On Thursday, at Bangkok’s Rajamangala Stadium, Mnet held its ‘One Asia Tour 2012 M Countdown Smile Thailand,’ and the turnout was incredibly successful, drawing approximately 30,000 Thai fans. The show was a total of 120 minutes long.

Super Junior, BEAST, SISTAR, FTISLAND, INFINITE, KARA, SECRET, A Pink, U-KISS, Wooyoung, G.Na, T-ARA, and B.A.P were all part of the show. They exceeded the expectations of the locan fans with their eye-opening performances and passionate stage presence. They showed off a variety of performances including their own hit songs and collaborations with other singers.

INFINITE used a convertible to appear and drew attention. They performed their hit songs like ‘Chaser’ and ‘Be Mine.’

FTISLAND and Secret collaborated and sang each other’s hit songs as they showed off their energy and enthusiasm. The new and unique performance was a big hit with the fans.

G.Na and Wooyoung were the only solo artists at the performance and the two of them really showed off their vocal strengths with their songs ‘I’ll Leave So Be Well,’ ’2HOT’ and ‘Sexy Lady.’

KARA started off with ‘Mister’ and thier famous hip dance, which drew thunderous cheers from the audience and everyone was imitating the dance, enjoying the show.

A Pink showed off their unique charm of being the young girl idols with armed with their cuteness and wooed the male audience members with their songs ‘I Don’t Know’ and ‘My My.’

For Super Junior, thiw as the last performance in Thailand before their leader Lee Teuk goes to the army. They performed ‘SPY,’ and ‘Sexy, Free & Single,’ giving the Super Junior fans a stage to remember. Many of the Thai fans created big signs for Lee Teuk and how he’ll be missed once he is in the army.

An Mnet executive commented, “Music made Asia one and at the center of it are the Korean singers and the Korean songs. This show definitely demonstrated how powerful K-pop has become and at the same time, it showcased M Countdown as one of the best planned and best cast shows in Asia.”

‘One Asia Tour 2012 M Countdown Smile Thailand’ will be broadcast on Mnet on October 11th.

[News] 2PM’s Chansung and Junsu win the money prize of 2,800,000 won

2PM’s Chansung and Junsu recently won the first prize in a quiz show, beating the team of Byun Woo Min and Kang Min Kyung.

On the episode of A Hundred Thousand Won Quiz Show that aired on October 5, the question is presented: “Which is not the site that doesn’t help you come up with an ingenious idea?”

The options for the multiple choice were: 1. Bath, 2. Bar 3. Bed 4. Bus.

The question for final stage was given to the team of Kang Min Kyung and Byun Woo Min. Kang chose 3. Bed, explain, “You find it hard to come up with a good idea in bed, since you gets to fall asleep.”

The chance was passed on to the team of Junsu and Chansung since Kang’s answer was incorrect, and the 2PM team chose 2. Bar.

The answer turned out to be correct and the 2PM team succeeded in winning the money prize of 2,800,000 won.

[News] 2PM’s Junsu confesses his best thinking occurs when he’s in the bathroom

2PM‘s Junsu revealed that his best thinking about composing and writing lyrics occurs when he’s in the bathroom.

On October 5th, Chansung and Junsu were guests on SBS‘s ‘100 Million Quiz Show‘, facing against Byun Woo Min and Kang Min Kyung.

Junsu was asked in which location where his best thinking occurs when writing lyrics and composing musics from the choices: bathroom, bus, bed, or bar. Junsu answered, “The bathroom. I’m always in the bathroom when I think of ideas and melody. Then I record it in the bathroom on my phone as a voice memo.”

When MC Kim Yong Man asked, “While you’re taking care of business?“, Junsu only smiled awkwardly, making the others around him laugh.

[News] What would 2PM Chansung regret the most after a break up?

2PM‘s Chansung brought laughter as he revealed his answer choice to a question on ‘100 Million Quiz Show‘.

Chansung was one of the guests on the latest episode, and answered the question, “What is the most regretted action after breaking up?” Over 1,000 people had been surveyed on the question and the answer choices given were introducing to friends, uploading affectionate photos online, and spending too much money.

Seeing the question, Chansung answered, “I’m a simple person. It’s the third choice, [spending too much money],” and had the set laughing at his frank confession.

According to the survey held with 1,000 people, it turns out the most regretted action was introducing their past girlfriend or boyfriend to their friends.
