[Twitter] 2PM Junsu's is now known as "2PM Minjun"


2PM’s Junsu has decided to officially change his name to Kim Min Jun.

On October 16, Junsu tweeted, “Because of a family matter, it was decided to change my name. Official stage name will be ‘Jun.K’ as it was before but the real name has changed to ‘Min Jun’. Junsu will no longer be used in the future.”

Junsu has been promoting under the name Jun.K since he started writing songs and going solo. He will keep the name Jun.K as a solo singer, but he will now use his new name, Min Jun, as a member of 2PM.

[News] 2PM’s “Masquerade” places 1st on Recochoku’s “Chaku-Uta” chart


2PM recently released the “Chaku-Uta” for their upcoming 5th Japanese single “Masquerade” and it placed first on Recochoku‘s Daily “Chaku-Uta” chart.

“Chaku-Uta” are short versions (30~40 seconds long) of songs that can easily be used as ringtones (truetone). They are usually encoded in MP3, AAC, and other similar formats.

“Masquerade” was originally scheduled to be released on August 29th but the date was unfortunately postponed due to Nichkhun‘s DUI incident. It will be officially released on November 14th.
