2PM Set to Comeback with 3rd Full Length Korean Album

Idol group 2PM is to make a comeback after two years away from Korean music industry.

Today JYP Entertainment stated 2PM is set to release their 3rd full-length album within this year. The members that have released their 2nd full length album Hands Up in July of 2011 have mostly been focusing on overseas activities such as their Asia tour and Japanese promotions.

The album that was originally planned to release in the second half of 2012 was postponed because of member Nichkhun’s scandal.

 Since this album is released after a long hiatus 2PM members and agency are putting in their best effort. Agency shared that although full details have yet to been released, it’s presumed that the album is to release after 2PM’s Japan arena tour.

All 2PM members including Nichkhun are to make a comeback in Korea this year. Even though it’s early in the year to exactly share exact details however we’ll be sharing more details about the album in the near future.

2PM currently is in preparations for their Japan arena tour that will kick off on the 11th at Fukuoka Marine Messe. The tour includes 13 concerts, 6 venues and is expected to draw in more than 15,000 fans.

2PM is also scheduled to be releasing their 2nd full length Japanese album Legend of 2PM on February 13 and is hold their first Tokyo Dome concert in Tokyo on April 20 to 21.

[News] The Three Musketeers Musical Reveals Cast Including JYP and SM Idols


More idols take over a musical stage again.

The musical "The Three Musketeers" will be presented in Korea with the participation of several idols.

It has been revealed that some SM artists as well as members of JYP will be part of the lineup.

Kim Min Jong will be playing the role of Aramis while Super Junior's Kyuhyun, 2AM's Changmin and 2PM's Jun.K will share the role of D'Artagnan.

On the other hand Wonder Girls' Ye Eun and J-Min will also be part pf the show sharing the role of Constance.

The musical will premiere on February 30th and will run until April 21st at the Chungmu Art Hall.

[News] 2PM’s Chansung shows off his abs in still cuts from ‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent’


2PM‘s Chansung recently left fans searching for their jaws after seeing these still cuts for upcoming mini-series ‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent‘ (also known as ‘Level 7 Civil Servant‘).

The photos show Chansung cooling off as he lifts up his shirt, revealing his chiseled abs underneath. He was also seen intensely focused with his training, sweating hard. Other than the serious eye candy, fans couldn’t help but become mesmerized by Chansung’s charisma and intensity shown through these photos, further increasing the hype for the upcoming show.

A representative revealed, “It is normal for people to get tired after long hours of working out, but I was pleasantly surprised by Chansung’s diligent work ethic as he continued to focus on his acting. Chansung is the most serious while he’s acting. Through ‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent’, he will not only showcase his charisma, but also more upgraded acting. We ask for your love and support.

The action-packed romantic comedy ‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent’ will premiere following ‘I Miss You‘ on January 23rd!

[News] 2PM Announces 2nd Japanese Album "Legend of 2PM"


2PM will be releasing their 2nd Japanese album "Legend of 2PM" on February 13th.

The new album will contain 13 tracks, including 9 brand new songs. The group's previous singles "Masquerade", "Beautiful", "If You are Here" and "Forever" will come with the album as well.

"Legend of 2PM" will come in 3 different version: Regular Edition, Limited Edition A & Limited Edition B. Limited Edition A will include a prologue to the album, a making of movie and the member's solo shot music videos. Limited Edition B will come with a bonus CD containing a solo song from each of the group's members.

In addition to their new album, 2PM will be going on an arena tour throughout Japan titled "Legend of 2PM". The tour will take place starting in January and will even make a stop at the famous Tokyo Dome on April 20th and 21st.

"2013 will be a major year of 2PM. 2PM will be holding a powerful performance through their Tokyo Dome concerts and are very eager to see their fans there," a representative for JYP Entertainment stated.

[News] K-Pop Stars to Continue Hallyu Wave Due to Psy's 'Gangnam Style' Syndrome


It seems that the K-Pop wave will be stronger than ever in 2013.

With the Psy syndrome that passed last year, many other K-Pop artists are making their comebacks this year.

Because of Psy's unexpected success, the K-Pop market has been able to grow bigger than ever. Everyone is trying out new concepts and trying to become the 'next Psy'.

Many agencies are also working on holding international tours and events for fans all over the world.

SM Entertainment will be starting with TVXQ's world tour starting in Hong Kong on January 19. They will also be going to Japan for a dome tour in April.

BoA will also be holding a special solo concert in Seoul to start off the new year.

Girls' Generation has also released a new album and is getting ready of their Japan Arena tour.

YG Entertainment is also busy as they are getting ready for Psy's concert at the Honda Center in California. He is also busy working on his new album that will release sometime in February or March.

An official commented that Psy will be busy again this year in the states with his activities.

Big Bang will also hold a concert in Seoul before beginning individual member activities.

JYP Entertainment's Wonder Girls will be starting their individual activities as well.

2PM will also be making a comeback in Korea after a 2 year hiatus.

It seems that it will be a jam packed year for K-Pop as many are looking forward to these top stars comebacks.
