It's no secret that HOTTESTs have missed 2PM during the long wait. The boys came to 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' to share behind-the-scenes stories and perform for all of you who waited!

During their interview, 2PM revealed the story of how Jun.K was originally a 2AM member and 2AM's Jo Kwon was originally a 2PM member. The group also shared how surprised they were that J.Y. Park made an acronym for the title of their title track, "A.D.T.O.Y.", after he previously expressed his dislike of acronyms.

Taecyeon and Wooyoung brought their unique talents, and the 'beastly idols' shared how much they've 'grown' musically with their active involvement in composing, writing, and singing for their new album, making each song their own to break out of the standard JYP-esque music.

[News] 2PM Talks about the Hard Work It Puts Into Its Bodies

So of course, it's not only girl idols that have to go on diets and try to stop themselves from overeating.

The 2PM members recently spoke about keeping up their muscular bodies in an interview with the June issue of the fashion magazine @star1.

Wooyoung said, "I try to avoid eating normal foods. I try to eat salads and eggs often, and I exercise regularly. It's not that I really plan my workouts, though. To be honest, when I have something I really want, I try to keep myself but I end up eating it in the end. When I find the food is still where I can see it three hours later, I just think it's meant to be and eat it."

On manliness, Chansung said, "I once thought that being manly meant you had to be rough. Now, though, I think differently. Rather than artificial roughness, real manliness comes from maturing naturally. A real man understands many things, and can hold all that in."

The June issue of @star1 was released on May 21.

[News] Which Label Mate Taught 2PM Nichkhun Swear Words?

On a recent episode of KBS 2TV program ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’, 2PM's Nichkhun revealed that his label mate Seulong of 2AM taught him Korean swear words.

Nichkhun revealed that during his trainee days, Taecyeon would helped him a lot when it came to learning the Korean Language. He said “When I came to South Korea, the language was a total stranger to me, but Taecyeon helped me by being my translator". He then continued "Not just in the language, but he also taught me a lot about the Korean culture”.

Afterwards MC Yoo Hee Yeol, asked if Taeyeon had ever taught him any swear words in Korean, to which Nichkhun answered “The swear words were taught to me by Im Seulong”.

[News] 2PM Junho treats 300 fans to a meal with the group's win on 'Music Bank'

2PM's Junho treated 300 fans to a meal, fulfilling his promise after winning #1 on 'Music Bank' the other day!

The group, who made their comeback with double title tracks, had promised to treat fans to a meal if they were able to clinch a win on a music program previously. With their win becoming reality, Junho had the meals prepared and delivered to 300 lucky fans!

The idol took to his Twitter to write, "Junho's treating you all. Did you guys receive it?? Our fans probably come without having anything to eat, so out of worry, I've prepared this. Please eat it and gain strength!"

Through the agency, he also expressed his grateful heart saying, "This is a small thing in return for the big honor fans have gifted 2PM... This is such a small present compared to the amount of love and support fans have shown us wherever we've been for the past 2 years."

[News] 2PM Says It′s Happy to Promote with Seniors Like Cho Yong Pil, Lee Hyori and Shinhwa

2PM opened up about how it feels to be going up against big seniors.

The members spoke at the photo shoot for the June issue of fashion magazine @star1.

Nichkhun first said, "I feel tense, but I'm also very expectant. I decided not to care too much about our ranks, but still it's not like we can not care altogether. It will be a hard time, but I'm so happy I'll be able to promote with so many great seniors. I think I'll be able to learn a lot. I'm especially looking forward to getting close with our role model Shinhwa."

Taecyeon added, "It was the same when we had just made our debut. We promoted with Rain, Lee Hyori, Wonder Girls, TVXQ (DBSK) and other big seniors. At that time we were just awed. Now, I don't feel too nervous because we've already been through this. I'm actually happy that we'll be able to promote with the seniors."

The 2PM members also opened up about what happened behind the scenes while preparing for their comeback.

In the meantime, the group is currently promoting its third studio album Grown.
