[News] ‘Votre Noir’ 2PM Chansung-Chae Jung-ahn marks 4% rating!

KBS 2TV drama special ‘Votre Noir’ achieved 4% ratings among competitive entertaining programs.

On 10th according to audience rating survey company, Nielsen Korea, ‘Votre Noir’ aired on 9th afternoon marked 4.0% rating. It is 0.6% higher than the last week’s drama special ‘Land Of Rain’(3.4%).

Recently, drama special is struggling with low ratings remaining in 2~3%. It seems like it is beyond its capability to grab public’s attention.

In that sense, ‘Votre Noir’ did a good job. Group 2Pm Changsung and actess Chae Jung-ahn’s mellow act grabbed viewers interest. Chansung’s more than expected acting talent also garnered attention.

‘Votre Noir’ features Hyung-Joo (Chansung) who is a gang member. He begins to follow a woman (Chae Jung-Ahn) who is the wife of a prosecutor (Hong Kyoung-In) investigating his gang. The story begins as he falls in love with her.

Meanwhile, broadcasted on same time, MBC ‘Radio Star’, SBS ‘Jjak’ respectively marked 7.5%, 6.4%.

[News] 2PM to Perform with Lee Mi Ja at Special Commemorative Concert in Germany

Idol group 2PM will be attending a special commemorative concert in Germany along with senior artists, Lee Mi Ja and Jo Young Nam.

Before this concert, MBC held a special called, "Lee Mi Ja Guten Tag, Lady Dong Baek," which was to commemorate the 130 years of Korean-German diplomatic relations.

2PM stated that they were honored to be a part of this huge event.

This 'Guten Tag' concert is to commemorate those workers who were sent to Germany in the 60s. Lee Mi Ja's song was the workers comfort and eased the pain of them being away from home.

2PM will be attending this commemorative concert to represent the K-Pop idols.

The concert will be held on October 2 in Frankfurt and will be broadcasted through MBC in November.
