[News] 2PM Climbs Atop the Oricon Charts with New Single
2PM released another new Japanese single and received another number one on the Oricon Charts.
On October 16, according to Japan’s Oricon Charts, 2PM’s seventh Japanese single Winter Games sold 65,696 copies on the day of its release, confidently taking over first place on the Daily Single Chart.
Winter Games is a song that allows the sorrow of love be felt from the six men. The group performed the song at a Japanese fanmeeting and earned great response, leading to ranking number one on the ringtone chart of Recochoku a day before the release.
Along with Hate U and Tired of Waiting, Winter Games was produced by Super Changddai, making it even more meaningful that a song produced by a foreign songwriter because number one.
Meanwhile, 2PM will return to Korea on October 17 after promoting Winter Games in Japan.

On October 16, 2PM officially released their Japan 7th single. They then quickly became the number 1 spot on the Oricon chart by the next day, showing their popularity.

Due to their fans support, their album ranked to the number 1 spot for the album sales chart as well.
2PM revealed their happiness and stated that they were thankful for their supportive fans and that they will continue to work their hardest.
