[News] 2PM’s 8th Japanese single album, ranks among the top of TOWER RECORDS World Chart


[OSEN=Kim Sa Ra] Group 2PM’s 8th Japanese single album ‘GO CRAZY’ ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in TOWER RECORDS world and daily charts on 16th.

According to the TOWER RECORDS world chart announced by Japanese maximum record shop, TOWER RECORDS, 2PM’s ‘GO CRAZY’s general edition ranked the top, the first limited edition A ranked 2nd, and the first limited edition B ranked 3rd. The rankings are the same in the daily chart too.

Also, ‘GO CRAZY’ ranked 1st, 3rd, and 5th in TOWER RECORDS daily booking chart on 16th after maintaining the 1st ranking since 14th. It is eye-catching since the 4th Korean regular album ‘GO CRAZY’ is at the 5th ranking.

Especially they ranked no. 2 in daily chart by recording 55,000 points in a day in the single album section of Oricon Chart on 16th.

Meanwhile, 2PM is actively performing with their title song ‘GO CRAZY’ in Korea.

[News] 2PM’s Jun. K to Participate in Yamapi’s Upcoming New Album


Recently returned with a self-composed title track for 2PM, Jun. K is taking his producing skills further, participating in Yamasita Tomohisa (Yamapi)’s upcoming new album.

JYP Entertainment shared on September 17, “Jun. K participated in the new album for top Japanese actor, Yamasita Tomohisa, or Yamapi.

The song Jun. K composed with lyrics written by Yamapi is called Brodiaea, and will be included in Yamapi’s new album You, which will be released on October 8.

Jun. K has proven his self-composing skills in recent times, by producing songs for 2PM’s Japanese singles, as well as his own solo album Love&Hate. 2PM recently made a comeback with its new title track Go Crazy, also produced by Jun. K.

[News] 2PM’s 8th Japanese Single ‘Midaretemina’ Tops Tower Records Charts


2PM’s new Japanese single Midaretemina has topped Tower Records’ world and daily charts in Japan.

According to Tower Records on September 17, Midaretemina’s standard edition ranked number one on Tower Records’ world and daily charts on September 16, with the limited first press edition A and B ranking second and third, respectively.

On top of that, the album has been ranking number one on Tower Records’ pre-sales chart since September 14 with 2PM’s Korean 4th full length album Go Crazy! ranking fifth.

The single also ranked number two on Oricon’s daily chart on September 16, by earning 55,000 points under Oricon’s single album section.
