SBS has recruited the help of idol group members for a special Olympic-themed episode of the variety segment "Running Man" on its weekend program "Good Sunday".
A source from the network said that Super Junior's Eunhyuk, ZE:A's Si Wan, 2PM's Nichkhun, MBLAQ's Lee Joon, CN Blue's Jeong Yong-hwa and Beast's Yoon Doo-joon were picked to take part in various athletic competitions against one another.
T-ara's Ham Eun-jeong also took part as the only female idol group member.
Filming took place on Monday at Olympic Park in eastern Seoul and the source said that "the finest idol groups' members were chosen".
Various pictures from the set made their way online, generating buzz for the upcoming program.
The show, which hit its 200th-episode mark in November, has attracted viewers with its interesting segments featuring stars who don't usually appear on variety shows.
The idol Olympic special will air on July 22.
