Jang Wooyoung first opened up on how he kept up his perfect body on the August 8 broadcast of KBS2’s Vitamin.
He said, “Alcohol and the foods you eat with it are the reasons you gain fat,” and revealed that he quit carbohydrates and alcohol to stay fit. He also had to work for his six packs, as he said, “I made [my six packs] through three months of exercise.”
In a ranking that lined up the day’s guests based on how unbalanced their bodies were, Jang Wooyoung came in fourth place, meaning his body was second best out of the five candidates.
The expert on the show said about his results, “His body was 20 years old, three years younger than his actual age, and his bone density and lung age were all fairly healthy.”
The expert added, “The photos we saw before were picture perfect, and so were the results of his body composition tests. He has enough muscle, but he’s a little short on fat. He can stay healthy even after gaining a kilogram or two.”
Jang Wooyoung’s body wasn’t flawless though, as the expert emphasized, “In the ECG test, however, we found a slight irregular pulse. The irregularity isn’t too severe, so it won’t prove to be a danger in everyday life, but he does have to be careful while exercising because severe exercise can strain him.”
Comedian Yoon Hyung Bin was chosen as the guest with the most balanced body, and G.Na fell back on the other end due to her being underweight and having low blood sugar.
