2PM Nichkhun who caught drinking and driving will be sent to the police headquarters on August 9.
Today, it has been reported that Nichkhun will report to the police headquarters on August 9 for prosecution.
The police headquarters stated, "The case is almost complete. After his prosecution on August 9, we will send the files over."
2PM Nichkhun hit a motorcycle while driving drunk on July 24. His blood alcohol content at the time was 0.056%.
The police were able to watch a CCTV monitoring of the accident to reconfirm the case.
On August 2, Nichkhun met with the police for additional questioning.
Nichkhun and the motorcycle victim were able to come to terms about the accident.
An official stated, "Nichkhun fully understands that this is all his mistake and is deeply sorry."
Nichkhun will be taking a hiatus from the music industry for awhile.
