[News] 2PM Heats Up The Stage in Taiwan For 7000 Fans

On December 14, group 2PM successfully completed an independent concert in Taiwan for approximately 7000 fans. On this day, 2PM’s performance was especially powerful and energetic. As a special performance, Junho also showcased “Undefeated,” which is a duet with Vanness Wu that was released in April 2012.

2PM stated, “It has been one year since we last visited Taiwan, and we are very happy to be here. We appreciate all your love and support. We will always do our best.”

2PM received amazing amount of interests in Taiwan. Members from various newspapers and TV shows waited at the airport for a glimpse of the 2PM members. Numerous interviews were requested as well.  

Meanwhile, 2PM will be performing another concert in Macau on December 22.

[News] Official statement regarding 2PM "Jun. K" name

Dear our friends and media,

This is JYPE China. This announcement is in regards to 2PM’s Jun. K’s name change matters.

A while ago, 2PM’s Kim Min Jun (orginal name: Kim Jun Su) changed his name because of his family’s suggestion to do so. However, as 2PM member, he retained his stage name as Jun. K.

We would like to inform you that the correct way to write his name is: Jun. K, with a space in between. It is also fine to write his name as JUN. K. However, there must be a space in between the two words. (Possibly because the media has been writing his name as Jun.K or Jun.k)

Therefore, we would like to request that the media would use the correct name in all publications. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have a great day!

CNBLUE‘s Jonghyun chose Super Junior‘s Kangin as the most masculine idol.

On the December 14th episode of SBS‘ ‘Go Show‘, the MC’s asked Jonghyun to choose the idols he thought were the most masculine. He answered, “2PM‘s Taecyeon is too kind. He has a great body, but he’s always smiling. But I admit Super Junior’s Kangin hyung is masculine. His arm strength is just amazing.”

[News] 2PM’s Nichkhun and f(x)’s Victoria invited to ‘Hunan TV’s 2013 New Year’ event

The Khuntoria couple has always been highly popular among Chinese viewers after their run on MBC‘s ‘We Got Married‘, and fortunately for fans, it seems the couple will be back for a Chinese New Year special.

A list of cast members for a 2013 New Year program on Hunan TV has been making its rounds on Chinese online community boards, and on the list are Nichkhun of 2PM and f(x)’s Victoria. Last November, Victoria made an appearance on another Hunan TV special without her former on-screen husband Nichkhun due to scheduling conflicts.

To make up for his absence, producers ran a short video of compiled clips of the couple from the show. Touched by the surprise, Victoria left the show promising to return with Nichkhun again.

Producers of the New Year special stated, “We’ve already sent a love call to Victoria and Nichkhun, and they’re both thinking of the offer positively. Whether or not they’ll be guesting on the show will be revealed on Hunan TV’s New Year special.”
